An honest person to do honest work! This was my first experience with Aaron's Garage Door Service. I found them online and they seemed to have a good reputation, so I gave them a call. Tom came out, and he was excellent! Such a gentleman. First of all, he came out and gave me a very good estimate. He installed everything, but then he realized he didn't have the right spring and would need to go and come back. He wouldn't take any money. I don't know of any other company who would do that, I was surprised. As Tom worked, he talked to me the whole time. He explained how I should maintain my door, which was great because I wouldn't have known otherwise. I felt like I got so much out of this experience. I never felt taken advantage. They provided great customer service and feedback at absolutely a reasonable price. This will be the only garage door company I ever call!

Aaron's Garage Door Service installed a garage door for me. My door was broken so they replaced not only my garage door but the motor and everything attached. They cleared out everything so there wasn't any work for me to clean up after and the service was 5-star.

Outstanding experience
Outstanding experience. I called Aaron at 4:30pm on a Friday in hopes of scheduling a time for him to look at the broken cable on our garage door. Much to my surprise, he said he could stop by immediately. 15 minutes later he arrived and repaired our door. I would highly recommend calling him for your garage door needs.

I would refer Aaron to anybody. I think he's a great guy with a great product. I used Aaron's Garage Door Service to replace some garage doors we had. I think their product is outstanding and they did a great job. I would definitely, definitely recommend them to my friends. The doors are just beautiful. The price range was way affordable; it wasn't astronomical or anything. They are really, really good doors. They come with a lifetime warranty on the actual doors themselves and the product is outstanding. Aaron himself came and installed them. It was just him by himself. He's the business owner and he actually came out and gave us the estimate himself and then came out and installed them. He took our garage doors down and in the same day installed the new ones, so it's a one day process.

Very good. Aaron's Garage Door Service just did a great job for me. They replaced rollers in my garage doors, put in new silent rollers, serviced the garage door opener unit, and checked all that out. It went very well. They were very prompt and everything got done on time. Basically, they were very courteous and told me what they were going to do. They took care of the service properly.

Fast, Prompt, and Fair pricing!
I called Aaron and he quoted me a price and it was far less than his competitors. They were going to charge me $29 to come out and $100 for a $5 part. So I called Aaron back and made an appointment for the next morning. He called and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the door and told me about maintenance that I needed to do on the door. Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding Customer Service. I had a door that was damaged from a vehicle. I sent a repair request in at 7:30 monday morning. Aaron came to my home, inspected the repair and provided a quote. The crew was there immediately to do the repair. The level of service was outstanding. The repair was just what I needed and nothing more. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent. They came out when they said they would, and quickly fixed my garage door. They found a hinge that was about to come off, and repaired it. They replaced my old wheels with new nylon wheels, and silenced my squeaking door. My garage door works like new! I'm VERY happy with their service. I will use them again.

Excellent, same day, professional service! Aaron's Garage Door Service is fantastic! They finished the job so quickly, I didn't mind paying the money for it! Our garage door spring had broken that morning, I did an online search for garage door repairs in our area. Aaron's site popped up along with a couple of others. Now, he wasn't the first one I called. I actually called and spoke to someone else. But that guy sounded sketchy and I was uncomfortable with the idea of hiring him. Next, I checked out Aaron's website. It looked very professional and legit. I took time to read the reviews and decided to try him out. They were able to come out that same day. They were very professional and friendly and I was impressed with the way they approached the job. And just like that they were able to fix the problem. It was great! I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his company. I highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again if I had to!

Fast, friendly service. Very honest and willing to help. Our garage door was broken, and in unsafe condition. When my husband was injured trying to operate it, we knew we had to fix the problem right away. We called Aaron's Garage Door Service, and they got back to us the very next day and were out to our home quickly. We didn't know what the root of the problem was, or what was necessary to resolve the issue. The Aaron's servicemen were very open and honest about what was broken, and how it needed to be fixed. They gave us different options for the repairs, as well. They never tried to upsell us, but instead explained how certain repairs might be more thorough than others, and then let us decide. Given the nature of our problem, we were suspicious that the doors weren't installed properly in the first place. We mentioned this, and the servicemen looked our second door over to ensure that it was safe to use, at no additional charge. This made us feel much better, and we were pleased with how willing they were to help. They were very respectful and friendly throughout the process, and did a good job. Number one, I really appreciated that Aaron from Aaron's Garage Door Service was out immediately when I first contacted him for an estimate. I didn't get that kind of results from another company. Aaron said he'd be there personally, and he was--I liked that. Aaron's Garage Door Service followed through with everything. I really appreciated everything, including how he came at the time he said he was going to be there, and all of the above! I had found out about Aaron's Garage Door Service through the internet. I had used two other people, one of whom I had been given names for, and one which had serviced me in the past. I had contacted the latter but they would never respond my calls! Dun-rite came out to repair my garage door, after I accidentally backed the car into it. I was expecting to have to pay for an entire door, but Dun-Rite was able to get two panels that exactly matched the old door. They were prompt and professional, and the door looks like new! I've got a really high-entrance door that they had to go up and around and they explained how they would do that. Excellent customer service. We purchased a replacement garage door from Aaron's. The price was so good, we weren't sure what to expect. The door was great quality, they were on time for the installation and the service was very professional. Six months later, we had trouble with the door opening and closing with the automatic opener. Again, they came right out, were on time and the problem was with a mis-aligned sensor (not anything they had done). They realigned the sensor, made sure it was working properly and told me to have a great day! That's was customer service should be!

Pleased, I'd hire again!! Aaron's Garage Door Service was here at the house when they said they were going to be here. The two men who came in were very professional. They worked well together. I found out about Aaron's Garage Door Service from through the Yellow Pages and got estimates from Aaron's and other companies due to a situation where insurance was involved. Aaron's Garage Door Service offered the most economical estimate, which was lower than the other ones. Aaron himself came out to give me the estimate. I like the man and I had a feeling of trust with him. The other ones seemed shady, but that's just a feeling. I had never bought a garage door before but I'd advise to know what you want to get. I wish I got a garage door with windows but that's already spent. All in all, I'm pleased with Aaron's Garage Door Service and I'd hire them again!

The only grudge I have, and this was a weird situation and might not be entirely fair to him, is that he told me that he might be able to get me a used door in the color I wanted at a cheaper price. He wasn't able to get that door, so he went ahead and installed a new one. I didn't realize until I got the bill and was charged full price. Maybe a little more communication and information throughout the process would have been nice. Plus, I think he's a bit on the pricey side. But, he did good work and everything turned out fine and is working well.

Needed a garage door replacement fast. When I called Aaron's Garage Door Service, my old door was literally on its last leg. Overall provides a good service. I had an issue with our garage door and wasn't sure what it was. Aaron came out and did some trouble-shooting. He thought it was one thing and it turned out not to be that, so he tried something different, which it did turn out to be. He wasn't sure if he could get the part. But he was good about tracking it down. The fact that he was able to take care of that was really helpful and made it worth it. He was easy to work with. He communicates the problem to you in an open manner so you understand it. He makes sure the problem's solved and makes sure you're satisfied with the solution before he's done with it.

They were by far the cheapest
I had them replace my garage door last year. They were by far the cheapest and the team that did the install were so positive and enthusiastic, even with 2 trips for door fittings because my house is weird, I was envious of their energy. Well I had to call back a year later, my door opener broke off of the door. They were out to the house and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. No cost. If you need a garage door, use these folks.

Real pleased!! Prices were great! I found Aaron's Garage Door Service in a magazine for various home repair services. I was in need of a garage door service, flipped through the magazine, and saw Aaron. I called him and another guy but Aaron arrived first. I was just taken away by that, and I knew I didn't have to look any further. Prices were great too. The installation had no problems, and the installer, who works for Aaron, did a great job. He took a few hours or so but it was very good, and he did a good job. He showed us how everything worked before he left and took out the old garage door. I was real pleased with Aaron's Garage Door Service!

Aaron came once to complete a minor repair and adjustment to our old garage door; he promised to research replacement cost for a damaged panel in the original, wooden door. He reported his findings within 24 hours and advised us on the time and cost to complete the repair. We decided to replace the door with a new one; Aaron completed the work (new door, rollers, springs, and adjustment) within 3 hours and hauled away the old door. Great price, great service--total satisfaction.

Aaron is the guy.
It doesn't get better than this. I called Aaron Thursday afternoon about a broken spring on my garage door and he was here the following morning. He had everything fixed and working perfectly in less than 1/2 hour. He fixed problems with my door that I've been wrestling with for 4 years. Aaron is a pro and on top of that, a heck of a likeable guy. He even gave me pointers on how to grow my vegetable garden this year! We previously had Aaron's Garage Door out to fix a broken spring a few years back. Thankfully they placed a little sticker next to our opener so we remembered who serviced it last time. Yesterday, our door broke. Some of the pins were worn and were causing the door to get stuck and warp the railing. Eli with Aaron's Garage Door showed up within the promised window of time. He was very friendly and pleasant, even with our small children who were curious about this giant man there to fix the garage door. In no time, Eli had replaced the faulty pins with new vinyl-coated ones (extra quiet compared to bare metal ones!), and adjusted the railings/tracks to make sure the door opened and closed smoothly. He tested it out several times to ensure all was well. Best of all, the price was very competitive and within budget. I'd happily recommend Aaron's Garage Door Service to anyone!

He had to replace the springs on the doors so that they would roll up. The spring had broken. All I can say is that he did a fine job and I would recommend him to anybody.

Good company that showed up on time and did the work in a professional manner as agreed. I had a broken spring on my garage door, so the door wouldn't lift. I found Aaron's Garage Door Service and made a call. They were prompt in scheduling the time, showed up when they were supposed to show up, and fixed the problem. Not only did they fix that problem, they actually also adjusted my sensor so it was at a safe height. There's a laser sensor that was too high and they adjusted it down and put another bracket on. So that was nice. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed my garage door serviced quickly with the cold weather approaching. The company who designed and built the garage door had a 3-4 day wait to get to me.
